I am so buying this book: Business Playground

I’ve read the free chapter and it looks amazing. I can’t wait to read more (though sadly I will have to wait till I have it delivered here or something…)

I love to read more about generating ideas. And I HAVE to read about putting them into action… because having them is one thing, but acting upon them is another completely different.My quest for the perfect project has left me with no projects at all (took too long to do something about them), so I think I may have to go back to carrying my little notebook, writing anything that comes to mind. Maybe I can share some of those ideas here and something may come up… It’s because I am so much of a control freak that I have so many stuff on my planning table that I don’t get anything working in the end.

I found this tool to generate complete 3D galleries in flash. It looks very interesting and it’s free.

Definitely something to look more into. I think I may use this in one of our projects… once I test it more, I’ll give you the details :)

This weekend I got the crazy idea of making this blog available in english… so I got researching on how to implement multilanguages on wordpress, and finally decided to use the WPML plugin (ok… so I cheated, I used the first plugin on this list. On my defense, I’ll only say that I had the weekend as a deadline. Didn’t have much time to check all the plugins… besides I loved it at first sight!)

This is my first post in english :)

I’ll write a tutorial on how to do this (hopefully I’ll still remember all the steps on how I did this, I think I got easily distracted on a couple more plugins I want to try…)

I found that the most difficult step was the theming, since my theme was not prepared to show the language selection menu (I didn’t have the dynamic widget sidebar activated). Luckily, this great tutorial helped me overcome this obstacle.

Hmmm, translate the older posts to english seems like too much work to do right now, so this will probably be my first post on this side… at least for a long, long time.
